Mint is a hair salon with a difference. Opened in Nov 09, this renovated villa gives gallery space to art and jewellery rather than posters and shampoo. The result is an atmosphere that is both creative and tranquil for staff, clients and visitors.

Hannah has been making jewellery for as long as she can remember. Her schooling was in traditional metalworking and she now uses the mediums of silver, stone and resin to create her designs.
Life and love give her limitless inspiration, along with the odd piece found on the beach.
Pieces have been described as feminine, and often evolve around a central theme such as the delicate beauty of the dandelion flower.
Hannah’s work can be found in places around NZ and abroad including Te Papa gift shop, Texan Art School, and the Vault in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and London.
